Buns and Roses Tea for Literacy

 Well, I couldn't just go to the book signing, author tea, and reception. I had to see the Dallas Zoo, Fort Worth Zoo, Big Cat Reserve, Wetlands, and the Arboretum. Had a lovely time!!

Then it was back to work on deadlines. Hope you have a great time!

A Visit to the Botanical Gardens in Spring, Texas

 I loved all the flowers I saw, but these are some of my favorites. We also saw two snakes in the lily ponds. They had signs all over to watch out for snakes! So I was glad we went early in the year.

 I loved the green on these flowers. and the faces on the other. Doesn't it look like a duck to you, with squinted eyes?
