New Blogger at Fierce Romance


Hello everyone! I’m Jenna Ives, and I’m the newest member of Fierce Romance. I’m very proud to be here, and to help celebrate, I’m running a fun contest today.

First, a little bit about me: I write contemporary erotic romance novellas. (I’m published with Fierce Romance’s own Natasha Moore in the Binding Ties anthology from Samhain, with my sorority-inspired story, The Initiation Of Isabella.) I love novellas, because they’re the perfect way to satisfy a romance reader’s appetite for sexy stories without having to make a long-term time commitment.

My new novella, Snow White And Her Seven Lovers, is a sexy, modern-day take on the classic fairy tale, in which the heroine wakes up in a hospital ER – after being poisoned – with no memory of who she is, and the seven wonderful men who help her. 2012 seems to be the Year Of Snow White, with both the Kristen Stewart/Chris Hemsworth movie “Snow White And The Huntsman” as well as Julia Roberts/Lily Collins’ spring release of “Mirror, Mirror.”
 


But aside from the yummy fantasies my Snow White weaves, my most favorite part of writing this story was coming up with believable day jobs for the seven dwarves, er – I mean men – in her story.
With that in mind, here’s the contest… just match up Snow White’s seven guys with their day jobs. Everyone who gets the answers right will win a free e-copy of the novella in any format (mobi, epub, Word, PDF).  Go on… take a guess!  I’ll start you off with one of the obvious answers – Doc is the doctor!

    Since I read your hilarious and sexy book, I should know the answers, but I can't remember! You might think Happy was the baker, but I know that's not right. Meanwhile, I sure hope Sleepy isn't the policeman!

    I just wanted to stop by and tell anyone who hasn't read this story--you must read this hot, hot story! It's well written, packs a powerful punch, ahem, as in, you should stop reading after each chapter, otherwise you'll be sleeping for a week from exhaustion from participating in all those extra curricular activities. If you get what I mean. And you may even learn a few tricks (pun intended) along the way. :-)

    I read this story and loved it! It was written so cleverly.

    I can attest that cops who work the graveyard shift might be called Sleepy, but I wouldn't necessarily think that with this story...hint...hint...hint.
